What this is
Living In is a free, independent tool that compares homes in Dubai and Bangalore by the hours a month you’d spend getting to the places that matter. It is a personal project by Ayush Das. It isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or run by TomTom, any property portal, landlord or agent.
The times are estimates
Driving times come from TomTom’s traffic model for a coming weekday at the times shown, are worked out when you ask, and are never stored. Real journeys vary with the day, the weather, roadworks and how you drive. Rents and features are what you typed. Treat every figure as a guide for comparing homes, not a promise about any one trip.
Fair use
Use it for your own home search. Please don’t try to disrupt the service, get around the bot check, scrape it or call it in bulk, or present it as an official product of anyone else. Living In runs on free tiers, so new commute look-ups stop for everyone once a monthly limit is reached (“Demo limit reached”) and start again the next month.
Saved and shared comparisons
Anyone with a share link can see that comparison until you choose Stop sharing, so only send it to people you’d show it to. The names you typed for people, homes and places are part of what they see. What is kept, and for how long, is on the Privacy page.
No liability for your decisions
Living In is provided “as is”, without warranties, and may change, pause or stop at any time. We aren’t responsible for a home you rent or don’t rent, a commute that takes longer than shown, or any cost that comes from a decision made using the tool.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the tool changes; the date above says when. Using Living In after an update means you accept the new version. This page is written in plain language for clarity and isn’t legal advice.
